When it comes to shipping, Crown Eyelash Supplies takes pride in providing a seamless and efficient experience for our customers. We understand the importance of receiving your lash extensions in a timely manner, so we have implemented a reliable shipping process to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Our shipping has a base rate of $12.50 express to all Australian addresses. Orders over $100 will receive aus-wide free express shipping. We do not yet deliver outside of Australia, but stay tuned.
All orders placed before 1.30pm will be shipped the same day. Orders past 1.30pm will be sent out the next business day. Once your order has been placed, our team will carefully package your lash extensions to ensure they are protected during transit. We take great care in packaging our products to minimize any potential damage.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your package and estimate the delivery date.

Pick-up Orders
At Crown Eyelash Supplies, we offer the convenience of pick up orders for our valued customers. Whether you're a professional lash artist or a beauty enthusiast, our pick up option allows you to get your favorite lash & beauty supplies quickly and easily.
How to place a pick up order:
1. During the checkout process, select the pick up option.
2. You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect. This will usually be within 2-4 hours, but feel free to message us if you need to collect earlier.
3. Your order will be in the collection box near the front door.
